Users are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information during registration and upkeep of their account details.
You must safeguard your account credentials and notify Business Grid immediately upon any suspicion of unauthorized access.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable without prior written consent from Business Grid.
If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact Business Grid immediately to mitigate potential risks.
Business Grid reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating terms or engaging in suspicious activities.

Business Grid provides software and digital tools designed to enhance business operations, offered as a subscription or license-based service.
We may update or modify our services and features at any time, with prior notice where feasible, to improve user experience.
While we aim to maintain continuous service availability, interruptions may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen events.
User Conduct Rules
Users of Business Grid services agree to abide by the following conduct rules to maintain a safe and productive environment:
- Use services only for lawful business purposes in accordance with applicable Canadian laws.
- Do not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the operation of Business Grid technology or networks.
- Respect intellectual property rights and avoid unauthorized use of copyrighted materials.
- Refrain from transmitting harmful or malicious content through the platform.
- Maintain honesty and integrity in all transactions and communications facilitated by Business Grid.
- Avoid impersonation or misrepresentation of any person or entity.

User Content
Users may submit content via Business Grid platforms; such content is subject to specific terms and responsibilities.
Users retain ownership of their submitted content but grant Business Grid a license to use it as necessary for service provision.
By submitting content, users grant Business Grid a royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute the content.
Users are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of the content they submit and must ensure it does not infringe third-party rights.
Business Grid may remove content that violates terms or is harmful, with or without notice to the user.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in Business Grid software, branding, and materials are owned or licensed by Business Grid unless otherwise stated.
- Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any Business Grid intellectual property without permission.
- Unauthorized use of Business Grid activity, logos, or copyrighted content is prohibited.
- Any derivative works based on Business Grid software or content require explicit authorization.
Paid Services
Certain Business Grid offerings require payment; terms governing subscriptions and purchases are detailed below.
Pricing for paid services is clearly displayed on Business Grid and is subject to applicable taxes and fees.
Payments can be made using authorized payment methods and are processed securely through third-party providers.
Subscription services automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date by the user.
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be granted in accordance with Business Grid policy.
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time; service will remain active until the end of the paid period.
